we need a software developer who can develop a software that create banners, graphics. you must be able to do flash work.
the software will be in flash so you need this skills to be able to do this job.
there is no upfront payment until 50% of the job is done.
reason: we hired a developer to do the job but failed to complete it so we need a developer that can start a job and complete it.

FILE:load project,save project,load preset,save graphics
OPTION:size library,custom size,background,delet graphics
INSERT:new text, new image, new shapes, cliparts
SETHINGS: grid size,show grid, show banner outline, show mask, crop outside area
RESIZE: resize photo,pictures without loosing quality
