1 year ago a freelancer made me a beatifull small module, in the backend i can make checklists add custom smileys and he lists can be published in content. the result you can see here:

this module needs to be updated to work on joomla 2.5
I don't think this is a large job so dont come up with heavy bids, its a module for a private site so no big money here, you do get appreciation and a good review when work and communication is good.
