web2project expense module

Project Description:
I am interested in an expense report module for web2project.

Expenses must be entered per project and per user.

Must include the following fields:
Date,
Description,
Lodging,
Transport, (As in type, Train, Car, Airplane, Bus etc.)
Start odometer,
End odometer,
Km,
Phone,
Meals & Tips,
Entertainment,
Billable (Default True),
Other.

Along with the module, 2 reports are also needed:
Expense report showing all expenses(excluding Km, Start/End odometer) with totals at the bottom including grand total.
Transportation report showing all Kilometers(if Km field is missing, value should then be calculated from start/end odometer).

Requirements for the reports are:
Must be able to select a project.
Must be able to select a date range.
Must be able to export to PDF/CSV.
Must be able to filter based on Billable field.
