We would like one box solution with asterisk, chillispot, openvpn. This box must have a minimum distribution of DEBIAN Linux. The hardware must be minimal also. All those features must have a set up script which is going to be web based. All the required configurations will be done from there. With that script the user will be able to set up the chillispot (free sites, radius IP, radius password, dial plan of the asterisk, add phones, add users, add queues, send billing CDR to central radius, upload IVR etc, set up openVPN act as a gateway client, define the openVPN server Ip and username and password, upload the certificate, configure VLANs). All those devices must be managed centrally with an application which is going to manage the certificates, manage the freeradius, monitoring the chillispot services to all points, monitoring the other services via snmp protocol, manage TFTP server with csv for all devices of our network . At our central data room we will have installed OpenVPN server, FreeRadius, Apache for log in page for all our wifi places, TFTP server which is going to be responsible for keeping all the configuration of all our devices.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
