Project Description:
This will be a non-adult paying membership live cam chat turn-key solution project. Concept is very much like adult webcam sites except that this will be a clean healthy site.
When guest enters the site, they will see thumbnail of individual female who are available for chat. Female members who logs in and is available for chat will be listed in the front page. Male members will browse the listing page to see who is available. Female members will be given 1 credit for every full minute of private chat. Female members will be able to redeem their credits for cash subjected to a minimum. Male members will need to purchase credit through paypal. Once they pay through paypal, they will get "talk time".
Project will include all server administration with all required modules installed and to ensure that every thing is in working order. Project also includes site layout and all artworks. My time zone is GMT +8 thus I prefer working with someone in similar time zone. Programmer must be able to communicate efficently and effectively in English.
