database optimize and server speed

I need to have a certain query work fast. I need a solution.I need a linux professional/ administrator to optimize my server MySQL and PHP/Apache settings for better performance of my PHP application. I recently purchased a dedicated server of 16GB Ram...i want to edit .cnf file to optimum values s certain queries run fast....

There is a particular query that needs to work fast.

I will not provide any advance or downpayment... This is urgent and my budget is not that high either....so please bid smartly.

Please do not bid if you have no solution or experience in solving the problem.

I don't want you to try something and then ask me to pay you since i awarded the project : I WILL NOT PAY YOU IF YOU HAVE NO SOLUTION OR IF THAT QUERY CANNOT WORK FAST OR IF YOU CANNOT SPEED UP THE QUERIES RUNNING ON THE SERVER.
