openfire configuration and integration with php

We are developing a mobile application similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] Then we need: - to send one-to-one geo based push notification through php; - to send one-to-many geo based push notification through php; We are developing for symbian, android and iphone, so we thought to use an xmpp server that is compatible with all of this (openfire). We need an expert of openfire who can configure it for our needs, and knows how to interact with php. For example: - how to send messages from a php form; - how to get the number of users connected to our server; - how to store users positions in our mysql db. We have already PHP and mobile applications developers. We accept any advice to achieve our goal in the best way.
