Project Description:
I am setting a high level terms, and detailed requirements shall be provided to short listed workers
I am looking for
1) Mobile applications, which has an option to register & login .Registeration shall validate data on server, update data on server and to generate QR as well as allowing login after registeration
2) The application should have option to access camera located and setup in a pre-defined location
3) The application should have a chat option with a group in a pre-defined location
4) The application should support a module that only is accessible after entering a security code, where set of questions and option will appear to answer , and such answers to be done in a time limit
5) option with application to view results and reports
6) the server programs should support registration, scan QR , generate QR code and print registration forms and scan, attach documents
7) iPAD / Android application to read QR code, enter security code and then to answer set of questions/multiple choice answers in specific timeline
8) write certain data on tables that will be use for SMS interface
