transcode videos using ffmpeg and php

Project Description:
Need to convert high quality MP4 videos using ffmpeg to a slightly lower resolution and then hint for streaming over https
Must use deblocking flag.
I prefer a very simple php script that will do that for all the videos in a specific folder on the server.

FFMPEG is already installed
I am also currently using MP4Box
