Car Dealer Software

I need a good coder or a company to develop a Car Dealer application software. I have a demo copy of similar software, so that the most of the functions of what I need can be seen in that demo (it’s like cloning job, but with some additional modifications) The software will consist of the following features: - Company and Parameter Setup Basic parameters how the system should behave will be setup here, such as company name, address, tax info, currency, date formats, etc. - Tracks complete inventory details including cost and make ready expenses. - Track Supplier and Customer information - Track Sales information - Document Printing I know that you may not be able to give the cost for your service without complete understanding the job. However, before anything I need to know your price range (in any case I am not ready to pay more than 500$) then I will be able to show you the demo version and we can discuss the project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows, and you can suggest me a good coding software and database. I need to source code to be commented with full details.
