Convert PHP Code to Visual Basic 6

Project Description:
I wrote an application that works great in PHP. I haven't used Visual Basic in over 8 years and am looking to have someone convert the script into a VB app.

My only requirements are that it work exactly like it does now and that it be coded in VB 6 (has to be 6, because once I see the code, I'll have been refreshed and be able to modify it - I don't feel like learning .NET)

So.. the ideal programmer will be fluent in both VB6 and PHP. The application uses cURL, regular expressions, and file manipulation and is exactly 123 lines of code. I'd say 90% of the code is cURL calls, which just so happens to be the part I've forgotten how to replicate in VB6.

Price is a big factor.. I could relearn VB6 fairly quick but this is the optimal way to get it done in less time. Most reasonable price + qualified coder = winning bid.
