Dice Game Shell

I have ideas for a few dice games and would like to create applications to play them in Visual Basic 6. I can create the game applications myself but I want an attractive interface with nice rolling dice and am not very good with graphics, which brings me to you. I would like you to create a game shell that has a routine that I can pass the number of six-sided dice to be rolled to. I can pass the desired result to the routine or it can be determined randomly and returned. I would like a three dimensional display of all of the dice rolling and coming to a stop. Bouncing off of surface(s) in some way would be preferred. It doesn’t need any other functionality besides your dice rolling animation routine. I need any graphics that you use and the source code, in Visual Basic 6, which should be reasonably well commented. Please describe your ideas for the dice rolling animation in your submission. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
