I need to be able to wipe out entire departments by typing in “Y?? as below, but it needs to be able to add to it as the need arises. Column B is description only,

Within the above departments are one off products I want to keep, so I need to be able to type in a product code in column “A?? and have the description and price pulled from the dat file and dropped into “B?? and “C??, and saved before the above is deleted.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
