Instagram bot/script

Project Description:
In need of a software or script which does the following:

Automatically creates Instagram accounts (with profile pics and bio set up at random)
Makes the created accounts follow a predefined account.

Basically, this software or script needs to be able to:

a) Create multiple accounts (real looking) myself with this bot
b) Make these accounts follow any other instagram user account I want.
c) Make these accounts like a specific picture.
d) Be able to specify the amount of followers to be sent to a specific account.

Need captcha bypass if there is one.

Needs to be easy to use.
