Parse resume/CV files into MySQL

- The application (VB would be perfect) will be pointed to a directory of files Resume/CV file (type = Word, Text, RTF) - The application will open, read, display (in right hand 1/2 of the screen) and process the files, 1 by 1 - stoping at each file in order for the user to possible edit the application attempted work - For each file, the application will find and do best-effort at locating: (a) contact information - name, address, phone(s), email (b) current / past employer(s) (c) current / past position(s) (d) skills (*) (e) summary (if present) (f) education - Once located the application will populate the found info (a-f) into the left hand pane of the application - The user will have a chance to edit the fields on the left hand side - Once user is happy - he selects "Save" and the application will safe the data to a specified MySQL database (*) note: skills set in the resume/CV will be a match versus a skills list entered into the application as "skills search criteria" NOTE: I'm a developer but have no time currently to write this app. I will require an well written and fully documented code. Examples of previous (similar) work will be required. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, VisualBasic
