Visual Basic .NET Collection and Class Template

In Visual Basic 6, I regularly create parent/child relationship models using a parent collection with child objects. However, in Visual Basic .NET 2003 I am finding this a little more puzzling - while creating the collection and child class is simple enough (simpler even as I no longer have to worry about circular references), I find that trying to provide "For Each ... Next" support for my collections is puzzling. What I required is a generic template which contains a parent collection and child object. The child object must support Index and Key properties, and the collection object the usual standard properties such as Add, Remove, Clear and Item. You must be able to use the Remove method or Item properties with either the Index or Key of a child. It must also be possible to browse the collection using a "For Each ... Next" loop. In essense, I want to be able to take the source file, rename the two classes and have fully functional collection and child, which I can then add new members too. The code must be written in Visual Basic .NET 2003 and should come with a basic demonstration testbed which proves that all methods and properties work as expected.
