Project Description:
A chinese chess application that allows many ppl to play online on a server. There will be a mainroom and game tables. A player will enter the mainroom where he can 1)open a new game table 2)join an existing game table already opened by another player 3)chat using the chatbar In the game table, a player can play chinese chess and talk using the chatbar, other players can also join the game table as a viewer. The app must have a client and server part , must be able to support multiple users.Each user have to login. The chinese chess program should have accurate game rules and should check for instances which ends the game IE:checkmate,player abuses repeatable moves to prolong the game unnecessarrily. After the basic app is up, will pay for other upgrades IE: graphical upgrades , game archival support , anti cheating system. Upon a successfull bid , will work with programmer to clarify everything.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done , with lots of comments to make the code easier to maintain and understand. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

prefably VB related any other languages will do though app will be running on win2k, prefably able to run on all browsers.
