mail list application

I need an application to do two things. a) Read in and parse a 'raw' i.e txt email file and put it in a excel sheet. b) send out a broadcast email message to all using the excel sheet. Simple as functional will do. Need a place to designate pop server and the email should have attachment feature and html. excel file name to read in email addresses. Form design I leave it to you. The fields I need are Name, email address, IP address only. I can provide some sample VB6 code for email app. (Added later) I like to capture the text into a readable format and make a mailing based on that. The problem now is that I use an autoresponder (that my mail list is based on that is rejected by yahoo (actually yahoo places the mail into the bulk section) some mail servers reject outright mails coming from an autoresponder. So I need the txt file in a cleaner format.
