Web application to be installed on 3rd party servers and connect with my API

I am looking for an affiliate portal that can be placed on third party websites and display tools for websites who are signed to their affiliate program.

I have software in place which populates this data, and I will personally be building a RESTful API for you to connect to. The API will provide you will ALL dynamic information (the API basically does the grunt of the processing) What I am looking for from your company is a stand alone platform that can be 'installed' on a URL of a clients' choosing and display their product feed.

Phase two will be to add extra features such as banner creation and deep linking tools.

In the interests of my employer and the consistency of all our applications, It is important that this application be built using the PHP Zend Framework.

I realise I have only skimmed through my requirement, but I hope this is enough to get the ball rolling for a quote.
