121257 Secure PHP/MySQL Login Script

I'm looking for a secure php/MySQL registration/login script which can be used across my websites. Initially, the fields I require collecting are: Full Name* Date of Birth* - Should be in UK format, ie. 06/07/1979 University/College Name* Hometown* Email* Mobile * = Required Field The script should check that the email address is unique and offer a forgotten password feature if not. Administrators should be able to ban a user on their username or email address. It should also send out an email with verification code to confirm the email address given. A user should be able to update their details at anytime from an update page, with a new confirmation email going out to reconfirm any email address changes. The script should be built across different files not just one php page and security is an absolutle must. The script will be checked before payment is released from Escrow.
