Templates are required for data-entry, update, as appropriate (modification, deletion, new insertion) and consultation of records in the database.
Database records must use primary keys and foreign keys as appropriate in order to make sure no duplication of PK occur and data validation must ensure related records exist prior to entering new records; i.e. before I enter the code of a vehicle owner, the vehicle must exist in the db; likewise, before I enter the shop that's maintaining a vehicle, the vehicle must exist and the mechanic shop must also exist, etc.
The code must be documented -commented lines- describing briefly what the section is supposed to do and how.
