I am looking for a high quality web designer who understands and create modern 2013 websites. Tablet style, windows 8 style etc.
The website is to work on the basis of a webcam website, where the user pays through tokens to view webcams much like 'myfreecams' if you are familar. But with a very updated modern feel and structure like instagram, facebook etc. And also a fully working social side, wheres users can follow, have profiles etc like a real social network.
Floating Bar, high quality coding, webcam fully working, message/follow system, pay system, client login, webcam girls login etc.
I will also need an APP for the android and apple marketplaces too. If you are good, I will work with you on many other projects too.
I will pay in parts, so everything is easy for both. I have fully made mocks of the website,. so you can see exact idea. I will like to work with a freelancer who really understands how a modern website should look. i.e instagram,facebook etc. This style of website. Minimal, clean and super professional.
Ideally prefer european,usa,uk etc freelancers.
