The site is editable in HTML but does contain PHP tags in a modular fashion. That's right. I was shocked that even if the budget is $100, there are still many people bidding on projects like this. I guess they don't even know what they're dealing with, what they need to do, and what they're doing. I guess service buyers will have to get burnt at least once before they realize what a real web developer is.
To Shead001, you have to be careful when you choose the service provider, some people may take your money and perform little or even no work at all. Some people will complete an awful job, even worse than your worst expectation.

If you already have the script and html what is your exact need for a freelancer? (changing the script, making a new script like the one you listed, ect...) I have been designing websites for about 5 years and php/mysql for about 2 years.
