Same content in 3 different formats - autodetect appropriate format from same one common domain :

- featurephones
- desktop
Powered by advanced CMS system (Joomla or better) - same CMS for all formats.
Each page with optional mechanisms of
- change default (by IP#) country
- change language (default english)
- change currency
Please provide some standard CallingCard service website content - there will be some custom content added/replaced.
