Hello Super Web Designers.
I am looking to create a new website that can collect listings from various popular real estate websites in New Zealand.
And consolidate into one website for easy to view listings.
I would require searching of the following websites:
www.trademe.co.nz/property
www.bayleys.co.nz
www.raywhite.co.nz/
www.harcourts.co.nz/
www.ljhooker.co.nz/
www.professionals.co.nz/
We would require a similar navigation and layout to www.trademe.co.nz/property.
The interface needs to be really simple and each listing needs to labeled clearly as to which website it is being sourced from.
Ideally if the website could be built into a Joomla platform that would be preferred.
We ideally need the website wireframes created we can create the actual graphics.
So we could supply a PSD template of what we are envisioning and would require you to make it a reality.
We will have our own hosting and domain, so would require you to provide your own test server until completed and transfer to our server when finished.
Again it is vital that this website can grab the photos/images and all information from the other realestate website and display on the our new website in a tidy manner. I have built many Joomla websites over the last couple years so I don't want basic website designers to apply for this job. Please prove you have read this brief by explaining a little how you would solve this requirement.
