Need application for android and iphone.
The app have to have features like:
Get GPS signals from users and locate them on the map.
Message exchange between users. (with moderation script)
Video chat between multiple users at the same time. (Possibility of recording chat and messages.)
Possibility to upload and withdraw money to/from account (credit card, Paypal, others)
Compatible with website which you can use as admin panel and use all features of app on it.
Native English App Companies Preferred.
(Possibility to create site together with app).
