I would like to get programmer with knowledge of Arduino to build a Web host with Controllers that is able to communicate with my arduino. Freelancer are also require to write source code for the Arduino to receive data from the website,

Hosted Web:
- people are able to create an account and top up cash and pay to use the Arduino function
- Website will be able to view webcam connect to the computer
