I own a risk management and human resources firm. I have two needs...
I am seeking an existing built and proven software or service that....
1.) automates google search and captures results or occurrence of certain key words that produce a hit, and then email that web site info on the occurrence to a staff employee. For example if an attorney in California had his license suspended this week i may not know for months ....unless every day I would go on to Google and search the key words "attorney" & "California" & "John Doe" & any occurrence of any of the following words....
"Suspension" or " revoked" or "removed" or "suspend"...etc. Is there a program like this that someone can help me implement and customize for my business type and specific search criteria. I have a Craigslist application on my android phone that basically does the same thing except it search stuff on Craigslist for sale.
2.) automated software/ macro that can log on to a specific website that holds a data base of "attorneys" in "California" and down load or export this list everyday and identify "attorneys" that have been added ....or more important "attorneys" that are no longer on the data base of approved "attorneys". Then any occurrence such as this possible exclusion email notification to my staff.
The data bases that need searched are all username and password protected but I have the proper permission and credential.
