Project Description:
I want to make a brand new website. Which would have a beautiful graphics designing It should have ability to allow the user to signin and upload photos and videos. It should have fantastic photo and video galleries. Video Gallery Interface should be just like youtube. It should have ability to keep software in it. So that user can download the given software by paying through paypal or credit card.
Please don't bid new comers. Because I want proportionality. I have many new projects in future. So please only sincere people bid for this project.

Here is another project which will be opened in some days. I needed a website just like this

It is an advertising website. Where users signup, get ads for their websites and get paid by CPS.
I have many other ideas about this but i will tell you after your selection.
Interested people can send me PM about this work. Because I want to do some adjustment about this project before starting it. Its budget will be 450$, So more than this would be not applicable.
