Project Description:
I am starting a business as a children entertainer and require a program/piece of software in which I can take bookings, add contacts (locations and separate contacts for previous clients). As well as this I would like to link it to a database with my tricks so I can see which ones I have done for each client previously, and for it to be able to print out contracts, letters, etc as to what information I put into the booking form.
It would also have to complete my accounts if possible, altho this could be separate program where can put in cost would make for each party and the costing of everything outgoing. Once again to be able to print as needed easily.
Let me know if you can do this sort of thing (who knows there might me a program already out there but can not find anything). May be other requirements for it to do, but will be based on same idea. )
NOTE:i always prefer to choose lowest milestone...
