Browser Based Text Game MMORPG in PHP - Rewrite Current Script and Add Feature

I need a Browser Based Text MMORPG Game Developed in PHP

This will be a Space War Game, much like OGame.org

I found an open source script that we can use:

I would need more features in this script. Some are upgraded UI, avatar creation engine (Only for Members to Create their Image), better battle engine, morale, trade, taxes, loyalty etc. In addition the entire script would need to be re-written in PHP.

If you feel you can do this project and have the necessary skills. Please explain in detail.
