Project Description:
I am an singer.
I need someone to build for me a site. Some elements will move with HTML5 - no flash at all!
I also need a way to change the text/images with no need to know how to program.
My friend told me that I will need a back office to manage it, but you don't need to use db to save it, and you can save it in text files.
If you want you can also save it in DB. if you do so - use MySQL.
The site will support 2 languages: English and Hebrew.
