Would like a website made with the software which is currently in moonpig.com.au

From the following link people can upload their own pictures and put it in a template that i can set sizes for etc etc. This will be a very big project that i would expect a fair amount of time needed to complete. The website will also need to be very similar to moonpig in terms of functionality ( for eg able to set delivery costs, accept credit cards etc). However moonpig is planning to sell alot of different products, i am mainly just trying to sell one product that will have various sizes. I am not sure exactly how much this project will costs but am willing to pay more than $3000USD if required.
