I need someone to build me a website, similar to other major companies online today. Below is a list of likely examples for what I'm after:

More specific information about my requirements will be given to the people I will most likely choose to complete this project.
Please note... I'm not just after a generic install of something like Joomla, with a fancy template. I'm all open to suggestions of using an opensource, but please make sure you specify how things such as SEO and updates will be easier.
It's also very important that the site be professional; as yu can see from the other examples above, those are the kings of their game... I need a site that will help me be the king of my niche.
If I'm happy with your work, there may be the oportunity for an e-commece site linked to the main one... but one thing at a time.
