Project Description:
We are planning to create a social networking site (like facebook) for a specific group of people. Where users can join for free and businesses can promote their businesses similar way like facebook. We are in the process of selecting a team of developers or an IT company to get this done. We need to find out the time and cost estimate for this project. There will be very strict time line and quality assurance testing for this project. All candidates MUST submit their portfolio for review. We prefer developers with Social Networking Site building experience and developers who can provide their previous Social Networking Site samples will be given preference in the selection process. We are open to ideas but we prefer to use an open source ( like NING) to create the new site.
