Building a sports betting related social network

Hello, im reposting this project. New to the format and finding there is some sort of quantum leap from bidding to someone accepting the award!

I am looking for someone to design and build my social network. Whilst I would like it to have all the bells and whistles, im really just looking to get something out there in the early stages on a modest budget! Something live, interactive, intuitive, good social integration and simply cool! think facebook but for sports betting.

The network will be for sports bettors to post, share and converse on all things relating to sports and betting on sports. The network will look to integrate the "social" aspect with key betting features (statistics, odds, news, fixture previews). The network is primarily for remote (online, mobile) sports bettors.

I have attached a jpeg which provides a very loose visual of what I am looking for. This I must stress is loose!, and not all the headings/features are what I have decided I want in the network. A logo / title design is NOT required but will be provided to you for inclusion.

There will be more detail to provide to the successful awarded bidder (number of pages, what to included, requirements etc).
