Building a website

I Required a Website for a local business and a Logo. Logo - I already have a design , but i would like another 5 variations based on my 1st design. Website ... I need a website with 6 major Pages , also the designer will need to assist me with displaying content of the 5 pages/ BAsic requirements - Must be able to view from ipad,iphone, andriod phones Must be scalable .. be able to add new tabs in the future Alls source codes to be handed back to us *there will be additions details in the webpage like facebook, tweeter, google plus account Page 1 - is a home page - we can use templates for the entire site but to customise to our liking [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Page 2 - is About Us There will be 2 subtabs - About Company and about our team To be published in a designed manner Page 3 - Guides This will contain many pdf file that use can download to be published in a designed manner Page 4 - Contact Us This is a web form to be published in a designed manner Page5 - Products This will have 2 categories New projects and Resale projects,to be published in a designed manner Page 6 Career to be published in a designed manner ... please provide your testimonials, past completed projects and prices.
