Business social networking and membership website

Project Description:
I want to be able to create a website that will be able to interact with its users on the following levels of technology on the following links page;

as well as have the same site template as the above links website.

I am starting a technology, medical, and services company and require full connectivity from its associates and members.

Please let me know of any free, cheap solutions in scripting I can effectively utilize to satisfy my sites direction in reference to the link above.

A first few duties after code is in place will be minor tuning, the transfer of iBook Author content to the website template.

Looking forward to incredible service and communication from a good team or individual developers I can rely on for growing site developments.

I currently have 33 domains from godaddy, hostgator, 1and1 with 3 servers, 27 hosting accounts and gigs of data.

Bidding on this job just doesn't give u the potential to make the original capitol from it but the continued support of a much larger company's objectives.

Ultimately I need an intelligent common sense individual or symbiotic group to collaborate on my information and semi-freely develop growing ideas and opportunities to the global market presented by Biddle Enterprises through daily and weekly updates.

3 tier membership

Donation, payment and credits database where users can issue credits to other users and pay for membership dues and services.

Suggest to me universal payment processors Except for PayPal to make the easiest payment processing solution possible for the user. I already have alertpay so perhaps we can just use that.

I want there to be an equally capable smartphone app that users can download and interact with the sites information as well as updates there account information.

Please be confident and secure in you or your teams ability to process and troubleshoot the projects hurdles if you bid.

I will expect daily communication and update notifications.
