I have a website design (CSS/HTML) that I would like to convert into a website with a static homepage and a very basic CMS (Wordpress, Joomla, whatever I am not picky)

The website will have a number of pages:

1) Homepage
12-15 interior pages (content needs to be copied from existing website)

Skills required:
HTML, MySQL, PHP, PSD to HTML, Website Design
