Now, Here's the project:
Choose ONE OF THE MOST SUITABLE OPEN-SOURCE SCRIPTS FOR QUIZ ENGINE FOR ME below, and then integrate it into the frontend subfolder called "quizzes" on my Dating Site:

I prefer a script that 'CONTAINS AN ADMIN PANEL" which allows me to
- Create MORE THAN ONE TYPE OF QUIZZES.
- upload questions,
- assign an explanation to the answer after the question has been attempted by the participant,
- create a scoring system for awarding points to the questions answered, and
- allows me to easily edit the questions and edit the answers as well, to be flexible.

- Perhaps needed is also the ability to upload images to each question.

All such features, if present, will be viewed favourably.

Please choose one of the following OPEN-SOURCE QUIZ ENGINE SCRIPTS that most adequately meets the above requirements:

Create also a frontend database for new users to register and log in to the site to take part in the questionnaires.

You (and not me) will create 5 dummy user accounts on the site.

I will use each one individually to log in to the site, attempt the questions and see if it meets the purpose. So, only logged in members can participate in the quizzes and know their scores, and see the explanation underneath each question attempted by the user, as well as see the overall score attained when all questions are answered.

In addition, you will create 2 other dummy frontend accounts yourself for your own convenient R&D testing.
Show me the 7 screenshots below that the quiz engine is working fine and produces all the features I described above, before you get me to use any of the 5 dummy user accounts mentioned above to do the testing myself in turn. This will save me time, by assuring that yours works with solid evidence before I try on my own.

1st screenshot you show me: How the questionnaire system looks in the admin area
2nd screenshot you show me: How the questionnaire system looks like in the frontend area.
3rd screenshot you show me: How the explanation to each quesiton is like, following the question attempted by the participant
4th screenshot you show me: Overall score is computed and displayed to the participant
5th screenshot you show me: You are able to login and logout.
6th screenshot you show me: Admin is able to edit the questions and the answers too, from the admin area.
7th screenshot you show me: Admin is able to create MORE THAN ONE TYPE OF QUIZZES from the admin area.

Compile these 7 screenshots in zip file as jpeg images and then send the zip file to me, before I test it myself.

I also need a database to store all the questions, answers, scoring system and scores attained by the participant for each different type of quiz, and so on.

No upfront transfer of funds nor partial release of milestones . All fees released in full when project is completed.

One more condition included in the project:

Ability in Admin panel to assign a report based on the score range attained by the participant. So, if score range is from x points to y points, of course participant will read one report about his performance.
So, based on different score ranges, there will be a report the participant can read about his performance online. This report is of course uploadable from admin area, it is just words - a participant's confidential report for the score range that his quiz scores fall within, that admin can upload in for the participant to read to know how well or how badly he has performed.

The admin panel to be able to do that.
