CSS theme for php real estate script 2

Project Description:
Project - Design of Real Estate listing site.
Strong xhtml, css knowledge.

There will be 3 layouts. 1. First page 2. Page after search 3. Blank page.

You have to integrate your design in to the script. You will be helped by script creator. Design should look minimalistic, easy to use, fast to load, CSS friendly, no animation, the theme should look elegant and informative. Menu and layout should be intuitive to use. There will be sites, fonts, and other things given.
