I am looking for someone familiar with the newest technology in the coding world. I am looking to hire for as cheap as possible with bonuses being a very realistic outcome. I just want to get my website started so I can start dropping money into advertising and start telling people about my website to get more activity. I want people to have their own account and be able to post, delete and modify their postings. I also have accounting applications I would like to be written and applied as well. Additionally I would like to have a page created where as the owner I can easily input new paid advertisements on the sidebars to the left and right of the website. Facebook style plain text ads with a link to their page.I don't have any domain now,without any knowledge about creating website.
