Hi,
Iooking for an experienced website builder with 'exceptional' design skills.
We need a clean fresh looking site but it must look extremely good! – this site is for a tradesperson’s business
What we need:
- CMS – Joomla is fine
- Design concept - be prepared to make revisions untill we are completely satisfied
- Custom design with good graphics (not basic graphics - very good quality graphics)
- 7 pages including contact page
- Contact page with 6 custom fields
- Photo gallery plug-in (one that is easy to use - like Joomla plugin 'very simple image gallery')
- Favicon
- Basic SEO – meta tags, H1 tag, description etc
- Search engine friendly pages
- All text uploaded to pages
- All needs to be set up and loaded up to our hosting account and tested
- you will need to supply some graphics
- Site needs to include “call to action” buttons / graphics (graphics like 'call now' etc)
- Our business name on the bottom as the developer (all copyright is retained and owned by us on completion of payment)
- Payment: we do not pay upfront or 100% escrow... 3 payments made by escrow, design concept completion, reaminder of site completed, site uploaded and tested with basic SEO included
We will supply, hosting, domain name, logo, some graphics.
(All info etc will be provided to the person chosen for this job)
