Clipbucket Custom Design

Project Description:
I am using clip-bucket to create a unique video sharing site. This project will have custom design and functionality. I need someone that is great with php, CSS, Flash and experienced with working with clip bucket. I am using a clip bucket theme which will be customized.

Please you will need to show me examples of your work, if you have no feedback I will not work with you unless you can show me proof of recent work with clip bucket. I am looking for serious people only as this may turn into a more ongoing work. If you over bid for this project you will be wasting your time as I will not pick you.

I am setting the maximum bid at 250 but if you impress me I may give you a bonus after completion of the project.
