Create site similar to my current website www.1adulttoystore.com ( I own all the codes) and can provide you access to copy and paste current codes.
I would like the same website to www.privatepleasureswholesale.com with different looks and design.
New site www.privatepleasureswholesale.com---do not want a gateway payment, customer can make order without paying. (will manually charge customer at a later date)
New site www.privatepleasureswholesale.com---Would have to approve customer before they can Access website to shop.

Customer --> select a customer --> customer's order history : Under this list
of customer's order history, we would like to be able to manually create
invoices/orders for each customer. Because we will be charging these customers
at a later date for their orders, we will be invoicing multiple orders per
invoice. In these manual invoices we would like to be able to add our own
descriptions, costs, shipping fees, credits...etc.
This invoice that is created must be displayed in the customer's order history
when they log into their account also.
