Code psd pages from template to css (all files will be sent) - repost

Project Description:
This is a simple project for a business website. The Coder will be given the PSD's and expected to convert it to css pages that is compatible across all major browsers. Ensure no background issues and page loads fast. Because it was part of a theme package coding files will be sent with the customized pdf and other files. Also needs to make sure all text from template is searchable for SEO purposes.
