Project Description:
First and foremost, our company is just now starting up and we're low on funds. Obviously I want to pay for a fair price but please be somewhat understanding and reasonable with me. We're looking for somebody to build the front-end of a website for our new site. All of the background work (all of the stuff that makes the site work) will be done by one of our own guys. Sorry, I don't know all of the tech speak. We just need somebody to build the part of the site that people will actually see. I can add files and discuss further if you'd like to PM.
