Project Description:
The objective of the project for our client is to build and populate a functional self-serve webportal with a membership database that meets the current and future needs for the next 10 or more years. An existing database in access will need to extracted and inserted into MySQL, the site itself will need to be SEO and written in PHP.

Only bidders who have a high completion rate will be selected. Once the project is selected, deadlines are expected to be upheld strictly. If the successful bidder misses a deadline for any excuse, they will automatically not be paid any funds and a grievance will be filed. If you do not agree to this DO NO BID.
Bidders MUST provide portfolio and links to live websites to similar projects.
The winning bidder will be provided with the full details upon a Non-disclosure agreement.
FIXED PRICE bidders only.
