Project Description:
We have a template designed with images and text all filled in. We require someone to cut the template into a flat website in css/php. There will be 5 pages. Please download the attached archive with Excel, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator files included. Once you have fully reviewed the project details and are confident you can do a great job, please make a bid.
Note: We want the site to be like the PSD files, not the AI files. The AI files are included for you to make changes to images as necessary.

Also…the main image needs to be a fading slideshow. Images are coming later, so please just use duplicates of the image in place. The images in the slideshow should be clickable to lead the user to the appropriate page.

5 - Contact (no template. Please create a page with a standard contact form fit to the dimensions of the template. -It just needs, "Name" "Email" "Phone" "Message" and have it forwarded to a placeholder email - to be edited later)
Edit Menu Navigation
Instead of "Products," replace with "Catalog"
Instead of "Retailer," replace with "Where to Buy"
Instead of "About Us," replace with "Wholesale"
And create a Contact link.
(The phone number may be slightly reduced in size if needed to fit the text for links)
