Convert Old HTML Page to Text Editor3

Project Description:
in a couple of weeks, once I have the design ready, I need to convert the old pages to the new design (which includes CSS). What I need is someone that would follow the following steps:

=> Open Our web-page (will be given to selected provider)

=>Open a text document

=>Enter the title from the page (currently an image) between h1 tags example: <h1>word x</h1>

=>Copy the rest of the page's text between p tags example: <p>The word x means this and this and that.....</p>

=>Rewrite any additional text between (h2, h3, h4, h5 tags etc.). Example, on the page there are examples of the word. They would have to be added in the text between for instance <h2> tags.. Example: <h2>Click here to see an example of word x</h2>

=> Insert existing links into the text <a href...)

=> Copy existing meta tags from the current website to the top of the text editor..

That basically it, I need to have 40 pages converted. Some pages are shorter than the other; the average page should take about 5 - 6 minutes to convert.

Of course, if I would hire you I would teach you everything you need to know in order to finish the job in a perfect way.
